This policy applies to all products purchased through Poemusart Shop (the "Platform"), operated by Poemusart Inc. in the United States. By making a purchase on our Platform, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

We offer worldwide shipping. Shipping availability will be confirmed at checkout.

Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on all orders. There are no hidden fees or additional shipping charges at checkout.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a shipping notification with tracking once dispatched.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the product and shipping destination:

Delivery time estimates are provided at checkout and in your order confirmation email. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number, a link to track your package, and estimated delivery date.

Customs and Import Duties

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.

Return & Refund Policy

Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for eligible products. This 30-day window begins once the delivery status is confirmed as "delivered."

After the 30-day return window has passed, we will no longer be able to process returns or refunds.

Eligible Returns

Defective or Damaged Products: If your product arrives damaged, defective, or has a manufacturing defect, you are eligible for a full refund or replacement.

Wrong Item or Item Not as Described: If you receive the wrong item or an item that does not match the product description, you are eligible for a return and full refund.

Change of Mind: We accept returns for change of mind, wrong size, or other non-defect related reasons within the 30-day return window. For these returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Items returned due to change of mind must be in their original condition, unworn, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

How to Initiate a Return

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs in most cases. We recommend using a trackable shipping method with insurance when returning items. Poemusart is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Exchanges and Replacements

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item but still want the product, you may request a replacement instead of a refund. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item is out of stock, we will offer you a full refund instead.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it has been picked up by the shipping carrier. To cancel, contact us at contact@poemusart.com immediately with your order number. Once the order has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible — you will need to follow our standard return process.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or you believe it was lost during shipping, contact us at contact@poemusart.com with your order number, tracking details, and photos of any damaged packaging or items. We will investigate with the shipping carrier and either send you a replacement or issue a full refund.
